Creating a non-English Topic

How to create a non-English topic:
Step 1) To create a non-English topic, please go to Non-English Thread.
Step 2) Create a new topic titled: 'insert language here' Topic
Step 3) The first line of your new topic should be as follows: 'This topic is for those that speak 'Insert language here'.'
Speaking a non-English language outside of the relevant thread will be treated as a Minor Offense. However, the 'PM disabled for 2 days' will be skipped.
